Job Title: Captain

Job Location: Green Park, Delhi
Experience: 1–4 years
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and guide stewards and service staff during shifts.
- Welcome guests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food and beverage service.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain service quality.
- Assist with billing, cash handling, and shift closing when required.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Well-groomed and customer-oriented.
