Job Description: Legal Advisor – US Real Estate

Job Overview

Aspire Globus is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Advisor with knowledge of US real estate laws, property transactions, and legal documentation. The candidate will support legal research, contract review, property due diligence, and compliance-related activities associated with US real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Review real estate contracts, purchase agreements, lease agreements, deeds, and title documents.
- Conduct legal research on US property laws and state-specific regulations.
- Assist with property title searches, ownership verification, liens, and encumbrances.
- Identify legal risks and discrepancies in property-related documents.
- Support due diligence for property acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
- Coordinate with US-based attorneys, title companies, and real estate professionals.




- Prepare legal summaries, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all legal records.

Requirements

- LLB or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience in US real estate legal support or property documentation preferred.
- Knowledge of US property transactions, title research, and contract review.
- Robust analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
