*ERP Support Engineer / ERP Application Engineer – SRM Group*

Job Summary

SRM Group is looking for an ERP Support Engineer / ERP Application Engineer to provide technical and functional support for ERP applications across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting ERP-related issues, supporting users, assisting with system configuration and testing, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with internal technical teams for smooth ERP operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Provide L1/L2 support for ERP applications and resolve user-related issues.

- Understand user requirements and provide appropriate ERP solutions.

- Troubleshoot application errors, access issues, transaction issues, and data-related problems.

- Assist in ERP module configuration, implementation, and enhancements.

- Support UAT, testing, validation, and deployment of ERP changes.

- Monitor and follow up on ERP support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries.

- Maintain ERP master data, user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations.

- Coordinate with development/technical teams for bugs, fixes, enhancements, and system updates.

- Assist users with ERP functionalities and provide basic training whenever required.

- Prepare and maintain issue logs,



support documentation, user guides, and process records.

- Assist in ERP upgrades, patches, and new module implementation.

- Identify recurring issues and support root-cause analysis.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Administration, Operations, and other departments for ERP-related requirements.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of ERP applications and minimize business disruptions.

*Required Skills*

- Basic knowledge of ERP / Application Support.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.

- Understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and business processes.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to interact with end users and understand their requirements.

- Willingness to learn new ERP modules and applications.

*Qualification*

BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / IT or equivalent qualification.

*Experience*

6 Months – 2 Years of experience in:

- ERP Support

- ERP Application Support

- Application Support

- Software Support

- IT Support

Candidates with exposure to ERP implementation, UAT, SQL, application troubleshooting, or user support will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
