Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling online marketplaces.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, product listings, order processing, Excel, pricing, promotions, and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplace seller panels.
- Create and update product listings through manual and bulk uploads.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, prices, inventory, and other catalog details.
- Monitor and process daily orders.
- Track shipments, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Update product prices, discounts, coupons, and promotions.
- Identify and resolve listing and catalog errors.
- Raise and follow up on support cases with marketplaces.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Optimize product titles,



descriptions, keywords, and other content for better visibility.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of E-Commerce/Marketplace experience.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, or similar marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, and basic formulas.
- Understanding of product listings, orders, inventory, pricing, returns, and RTO.
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce SEO.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
