Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR Operations / Generalist HR
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or related field

What You’ll Do

- Support recruitment, interview coordination & onboarding
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance & leave data
- Support performance reviews, training & employee engagement
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, trackers & documentation
- Assist with HR policies, audits, compliance & administration
- Coordinate with employees, departments and HR vendors

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience
- Solid communication, coordination & follow-up skills
- Good MS Excel / MS Office & HRMS knowledge
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities confidentially
- Manufacturing/plant HR experience is an advantage

MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
