The LIT Caffe is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at our upcoming Channasandra outlet.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff.
- Plan menus, recipes and food preparation.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation.
- Manage inventory, food costs and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the management team and monitor kitchen performance.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of relevant café or restaurant kitchen experience.
- Strong cooking, leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory and kitchen operations.
- Ability to maintain high standards during busy service hours.
