Are you ready to take ownership of the entire marketing function of an EdTech company? Milliondots is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor all marketing activities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage overall marketing activities, including monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
- Coordinate campaigns for courses, webinars, events, offers, and new product launches.
- Oversee performance marketing, content, design, video, and social media activities.
- Manage social media strategy, content marketing, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate digital and offline marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor the marketing funnel from brand awareness to lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate website, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics activities.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.




- Track campaign performance, marketing budgets, and ROI.
- Prepare marketing reports, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements.
- Ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Positive leadership, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and work with cross-functional teams.
- EdTech industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 per month
