### **About the Role**

Saraswati Group of Colleges is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead our digital outreach and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in running Meta Ads campaigns, managing SEO strategies, and driving high-converting lead generation campaigns. Candidates with prior experience in educational institutions will be given preference.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Meta Ads & Performance Marketing:** Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation and brand awareness campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

* **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):** Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic to the college website.





* **Lead Generation & Student Admissions:** Design campaigns aimed at boosting admissions and driving prospective student inquiries.

* **Analytics & Reporting:** Track key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and prepare detailed performance reports.

* **Content & Strategy:** Oversee promotional ad creatives, copy, and landing page user journeys for high conversion.

### **Requirements & Qualifications**

* **Education Sector Experience:** Prior experience in marketing for colleges, universities, or educational platforms is strongly preferred.

* **Technical Expertise:** Demonstrated hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and Google Analytics.

* **Skills:** Solid analytical thinking, campaign strategy development, budget management, and data-driven execution.
