Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Support Executive with prior experience in the jewellery industry, particularly in logistics and factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of jewellery, managing dispatches and deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the safe and timely transportation of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the movement of jewellery, raw materials, and finished products between the factory, stores, and other locations.
- Manage inward and outward material movements, including receiving, dispatch, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure the safe handling, tracking, and transportation of high-value jewellery items.
- Maintain accurate stock movement records, delivery challans, invoices, and other logistics documents.
- Coordinate with factory teams, warehouse staff, stores, and transport partners.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery to the respective locations.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in material movement records.




- Follow company procedures for jewellery security, packaging, documentation, and transportation.
- Prepare regular logistics and dispatch reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Any degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in jewellery industry logistics.
- Experience in factory operations, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and dispatch handling.
- Knowledge of jewellery handling procedures and security protocols will be an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on experience in jewellery manufacturing or diamond jewellery logistics.
- Solid attention to detail and responsibility when handling high-value materials.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage dispatch schedules efficiently.
