Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research potential clients, target markets, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present company services.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into business.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update client information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance.
