Job Summary

Toprock Interiors is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee commercial interior fit-out and interior design projects from planning to final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in commercial project handling, team management, budget control, project scheduling, client coordination, and site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to final handover.
- Handle commercial projects such as offices, retail outlets, showrooms, hospitality spaces, and corporate interiors.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, designers, subcontractors, and other staff.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and overall profitability.
- Monitor site progress and take corrective action to prevent delays.




- Ensure interior design concepts are implemented according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise interior fit-out works, including flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery, painting, lighting, and finishing.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications are followed.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and manage execution challenges.
- Prepare project progress reports, cost reports, and completion schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in commercial project handling and team management.
- Strong knowledge of interior design, fit-out materials, finishes, and execution methods.
- Experience in project budgeting, cost control, BOQ, and contract management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar software is an advantage.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is preferred.
