Job Summary

MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors and labour teams, monitor work progress, and ensure quality and safety standards at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Execution Head, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure project activities are completed within the planned timeline.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Ensure quality control of materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
- Monitor material requirements, site inventory, consumption, and wastage.
- Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs and updates.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain site records, measurements, checklists, and work completion reports.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards at the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in residential construction is preferred; freshers may be considered for Junior Site Engineer positions.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
- Valuable coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and site reporting tools.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel between sites as required.

- Timely completion of assigned construction activities.
- Quality of workmanship and compliance with approved drawings.
- Effective management of labour and materials.
- Accuracy and timely submission of daily site reports.
- Compliance with site safety and company procedures.
- Reduction of material wastage and rework.
- Coordination and resolution of site-level issues.

Reporting Structure

The Site Engineer will report to the Project Execution Head / Project Manager, as assigned by the company.
