About the Company

Callidora Group is an IT and healthcare organization working across technology, healthcare, digital solutions, and related business verticals. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Schedule meetings and product or service presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain client databases, lead records, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
