Sales and Customer Engagement

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery products based on their preferences, budget, and occasions.
- Handle high-value and premium customer sales transactions.
- Provide detailed product information including design features, quality, pricing, and certification.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through skilled service.
- High ticket valued (Class – A – big ticket) customer must be handled.

Sales Performance

- Achieve individual and team sales targets assigned by the store management.
- Promote premium collections, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling of jewellery products.
- Encourage to close the deal at maximum price.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with valuable customers.
- Maintain records of loyal customers and support follow-up communication for repeat sales.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests professionally.

Team Support and Guidance

- Support and guide junior sales executives in customer handling and sales techniques.




- Assist the store manager in monitoring sales performance of the team.
- Provide product knowledge and training support to new sales staff.
- Support and train sales executive to close the deal at maximum price.

Product Knowledge and Store Presentation

- Maintain updated knowledge of jewellery collections including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone products.
- Ensure jewellery displays are properly arranged and maintained.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and safeguarding high-value items.

Coordination and Reporting

- Coordinate with billing and store departments for smooth sales transactions.
- Review and manage follow up taken by sales executive for the customer orders.
- Maintain sales records and provide reports to store management.
- Support store manager in planning sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Cordinate and followup with Management regarding high ticket customer account (Order, payment etc.).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
