- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff and home healthcare nurses.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate staff, and ensure timely deployment to client locations.
- Monitor nursing care quality and ensure compliance with company policies and clinical protocols.
- Conduct regular visits to clients’ homes to assess service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care, duty attendance, and nursing reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, family members, and branch managers regarding care requirements.
- Handle client complaints, staff issues, emergencies, and service-related concerns promptly.
- Verify nurses’ qualifications, professional conduct, attendance, and performance.




- Arrange replacement staff during leave, absenteeism, or emergency situations without disrupting services.
- Submit daily reports to management and recommend staff training and service improvements.
