About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling large volumes of data with accuracy and possess a background in Logistics, Polymer, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Trading industries. Candidates who can maintain data integrity, generate reports, and coordinate with internal departments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP systems, Excel sheets, and internal databases.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered information.

Process purchase orders, delivery records, invoices, inventory data, and shipment details.

Maintain customer, vendor, and product master databases.

Generate periodic reports and MIS as required by management.

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams for data validation.

Ensure confidentiality and data security standards are maintained.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in records and documentation.

Perform document filing, scanning, and record management activities.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration,



Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Operations Support, or Administration.

Preference will be given to candidates from:

Logistics Companies

Polymer Industry

Manufacturing Companies

Supply Chain & Distribution Organizations

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
