About the Role

Greenlab Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, service-oriented, and well-organized Hotel Management / Guest House Manager to manage hospitality operations, guest accommodation, food services, housekeeping, and overall facility maintenance for Company, Farm houses, business guests and company visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hotel, guest house, and hospitality operations.

Ensure comfortable accommodation and a premium hospitality experience for guests and company visitors.

Supervise housekeeping, room cleanliness, laundry, and hygiene standards.

Coordinate food services, catering, pantry operations, and meal arrangements.

Manage staff duties, attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

Handle guest check-in/check-out, room allocation, and special requests.

Maintain inventory of groceries, housekeeping materials, toiletries, and other supplies.

Monitor expenses, vendor bills, purchases, and hospitality-related budgets.

Coordinate with vendors, caterers, maintenance teams, and external service providers.

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation,



and applicable hospitality standards.

Maintain daily records, guest registers, stock reports, and expense statements.

Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate hospitality arrangements for meetings, business visitors, and company events.

Ensure proper maintenance of furniture, electrical equipment, plumbing, and other facilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in hotel management, guest house administration, or corporate hospitality.

Robust communication, leadership, and staff-management skills.

Knowledge of housekeeping, food service, inventory, and vendor management.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and reporting.

Professional attitude, problem-solving ability, and a guest-first approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high service standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience managing corporate guest houses, company accommodation, hotels, or serviced apartments.

Knowledge of hospitality cost control and operational planning.

Ability to maintain cleanliness, discipline, and service quality

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
