We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our client automobile dealership to drive sales of commercial vehicles, develop recent customers, and build strong relationships with transport operators, fleet owners, businesses, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and customer meetings.
- Promote and sell commercial vehicles to transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, and business customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicle models.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, testdrives, vehicle bookings, and deliveries.
- Follow up with customers on financing, documentation,



and sales closure.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales pipeline updates

Requirements

- Any Degree or Diploma preferred.
- Fresher or 1–5 years of experience in field sales or automobile sales.
- Experience in commercial vehicle sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
