We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities from WOVEN SACKS INDUSTRY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
- Handle performance management, training and employee development.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and HR policies.
- Ensure statutory compliance, HR documentation and employee records.
- Support payroll, attendance, leave and other HR operations.
- Drive retention, culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and support the HR team in achieving organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Positive knowledge of HR processes, labour laws and HRMS.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
