Debt Collection & Recovery

- Visit borrowers, guarantors and co-borrowers at their recorded or verified addresses.
- Communicate overdue loan details and repayment options in a professional manner.
- Follow up on overdue instalments, settlement proposals and approved One-Time Settlement (OTS) offers.
- Persuade borrowers to regularise overdue accounts or submit feasible repayment proposals.
- Coordinate with bank branches and recovery managers regarding payment commitments and defaults.
- Maintain daily collection records and follow up on broken payment promises.

B. NPA Recovery & Asset Verification

- Conduct field enquiries for identified NPA accounts.
- Verify borrower contact details, business operations, employment and available repayment capacity.




- Identify and verify secured assets, subject to lawful access and authorisation.
- Collect publicly available property information and report potential asset transfers or changes in possession.
- Assist in preparing account-wise recovery reports and supporting documentation.
- Refer legal, title-related and valuation issues to the authorised legal or technical team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
