Shift: Day / Rotational / International (as applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Update customer information and records.
- Meet daily performance and quality targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Care / Customer Support / BPO.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
