About the Role
Fery Rides is a women-focused, eco-friendly ride-hailing service committed to providing protected and reliable transportation through our motto, “For Women, By Women.”

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, manage bookings, resolve complaints, and coordinate with our Sister Partners and operations team to ensure a smooth ride experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Manage ride bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refund requests.
- Resolve ride-related issues and payment concerns.
- Coordinate with Sister Partners and the operations team.
- Follow up on pending complaints until resolution.




- Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Patience, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
- Freshers can apply; prior customer support experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
