1. Wet Lab Management & Research

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the BioXplora wet lab, including equipment calibration, inventory management, and safety compliance.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and biological samples for ongoing research projects, practical demonstrations, and student training.
- Execute molecular biology, microbiology, or biochemistry protocols accurately and maintain detailed experimental records.
- Assist in designing and standardizing recent practical modules for life science students and research scholars.

2. Academic & Corporate Training

- Conduct theory and practical training sessions on Medical Coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) and Bioinformatics (data sequence analysis, computational tools, docking software).
- Deliver guest lectures, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and certification courses at partner colleges and corporate venues.
- Design structured curriculum, lesson plans, laboratory manuals, assignments, and assessment papers for various skill levels.
- Mentor students, interns, and professionals during projects, dissertations, and hands-on skill development programs.

3. Research Analysis & Documentation

- Analyze biological datasets using bioinformatics tools and statistical software to generate clear research insights.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, training completion summaries, and presentation materials for institutional stakeholders.
- Stay updated with current trends in life sciences, medical coding standards, and bio-computational methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Qualifications:





- Master’s Degree (M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.Phil) in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. (Ph.D. holders or candidates with relevant industry certifications are preferred).

Experience & Certifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in wet lab operations, academic teaching, or corporate training.
- Medical Coding: Certified Professional Coder (CPC / AAPC or AHIMA) or proven domain training experience is highly desirable.
- Bioinformatics: Hands-on experience with tools like BLAST, NCBI, PyMOL, AutoDock, R/Python, or Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis pipelines.

Core Competencies:

- Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of wet lab protocols alongside computational techniques and coding standards.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver engaging sessions to large audiences.
- Classroom & Group Management: Ability to engage college students, faculty members, and corporate professionals effectively.
- Organization: Capability to multitask between wet lab maintenance, session delivery, and course preparation.
