Responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of real estate projects. The role requires overseeing statutory approvals, construction activities, sales coordination, project feasibility studies, fire and safety compliance, and regulatory compliance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and legal standards.
- Experience: 15–25 years depending on industry and project scale.
- Skills: Project management, contract management, budgeting, engineering knowledge, risk assessment, vendor management, and leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
