Purpose of the role:

Purpose of the role is to monitors and controls building management systems (BMS) to regulate and optimize the operation of HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems, ensuring occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Monitor and operate Building Management System (BMS)

- Respond promptly to alarms and alerts

- Perform routine system checks and inspections





- Report any issues or malfunctions to senior operators

- Assist in system troubleshooting and maintenance

- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, and other systems

- Maintain accurate records of system activities and alarms

- Collaborate with maintenance technicians for repairs and upgrades

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

- Stay updated on BMS technology and trends

- Aware of basic Trouble shooting in BMS System

- Should know how to extract and read trend analysis

Qualification / Experience

Education

- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical or automation

Experience

- 2-3 years

Knowledge & Key Skills

- Understanding of Building Management System (BMS) functionality

- Proficiency in operating BMS software and controls

- Knowledge of HVAC and lighting systems integration with BMS

- Basic troubleshooting skills for BMS alarms and alerts

- Familiarity with safety protocols in facility management
