JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – 2 Positions

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Industry: Interior / Construction

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Registered Office: 348, Meerut Road, Krishna Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and leads for interior and construction projects.

- Identify and approach potential clients, builders, architects, consultants and corporate clients.

- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities and maintain solid client relationships.

- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, social media and other channels.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the project/design team for proposals and quotations.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.

- Conduct client meetings and site visits as required.

- Follow up with prospective clients from lead generation to project closure.

- Maintain sales pipeline, client database and regular sales reports.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





- Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of sales and business development.

- Ability to generate and convert leads independently.

- Good client relationship management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Mandatory Requirement

- Own Bike / Two-Wheeler is mandatory.

- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

- Candidate should be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA – Sales & Marketing or relevant qualification.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in interior, construction, architecture, furniture or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)

Location:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201013 (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (Preferred)
