We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and service-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Guest Service Associates (GSA).
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and designated public areas.
- Ensure rooms are well-maintained and presented according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linen and replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly.
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional attitude and passion for hospitality.
