JSE Eng Pvt Ltd is looking for Junior and Senior MEP BIM Design Engineers with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design. Candidates with experience in any of the MEP disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection, are encouraged to apply.

The role focuses entirely on office-based design, drafting, and BIM modelling. Candidates with relevant design experience and proficiency in industry-standard software are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare MEP designs, layouts, and detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop and modify 3D BIM models based on project requirements.
- Work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed design drawings.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Review drawings and incorporate design changes as required.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- For senior candidates: Handle complex design tasks, guide junior team members, and support BIM coordination.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of MEP design and BIM modelling workflows.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and design principles.
- Experience in one or more MEP disciplines: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Protection.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Openings for both Junior and Senior candidates.
- Relevant experience in MEP design, drafting, or BIM modelling.
- Candidates with office-based design experience are preferred.
