This opportunity is for an enrolled Advocate who wants to build a focused IPR practice, with direct courtroom exposure alongside prosecution work.

Role Overview

We are inviting applications from Advocates with practical experience at the Delhi High Court who wish to practise in IPR. You will work on both litigation and prosecution matters under the supervision of the firm's principal.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting in IP litigation before the Delhi High Court (IPD) and other forums, including appearances, mentioning, and filing of pleadings
- Drafting plaints, written statements, replies, applications, affidavits, and legal notices
- Preparing case briefs, chronologies, and legal research on trademark, patent, copyright, and design law
- Handling trademark and patent hearings before the Registrar/Controller and IPAB-successor forums
- Managing case files, cause lists, court deadlines, and client updates
- Assisting with IP enforcement: cease-and-desist notices, infringement analysis,



and settlement documentation
- Supporting prosecution work: examination reports, oppositions, replies, and portfolio management

Eligibility Criteria

- Enrolled Advocate (Bar Council registration mandatory)
- Prior practice or internship experience at the Delhi High Court
- Sound drafting and research skills; interest in IPR is essential
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn
- Professional attitude with respect for confidentiality and ethics
- Ability to work full-time from the office (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Court schedules may require flexibility
- This is a strictly on-site role
