Felix Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Recruitment to join our recruitment team at Andheri East, Mumbai.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Team Lead – Recruitment will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, achieving hiring targets, managing client requirements, ensuring quality candidate delivery and driving timely closures. The role will also involve managing key client accounts and developing team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead, guide and manage the recruitment team
- Allocate requirements and set individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and recruitment metrics.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements and closures.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Manage and maintain key client accounts.




- Train and mentor recruiters to improve performance and recruitment quality.
- Monitor candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Resolve recruitment-related issues and maintain service quality.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- 2–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency is required.
- Robust knowledge of Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in handling or mentoring a recruitment team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client coordination skills.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
