JOB VACANCY – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Location: Gandhinagar, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Position: Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting software, GST filing, and Microsoft Excel to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle GST returns, GST filing, and GST reconciliation.
- Work efficiently with Zoho Books for accounting and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST and accounting regulations.
- Use Microsoft Excel for financial data management, calculations, and reporting.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Zoho Books.




- Practical experience in GST filing and GST reconciliation.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 3–5 years preferred.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Qualification.
- Candidates with practical experience in Zoho Books, GST filing, and Excel will be preferred.
