About the Role

We are hiring experienced International BPO Sales Executives for an Australian company operating in the Solar and Energy Solutions sector. The role involves connecting with Australian customers, explaining solar and electricity-saving solutions, generating sales opportunities, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound sales calls for the Australian market.
- Connect with Australian residential and commercial customers to promote solar and energy-saving solutions.
- Explain product benefits, pricing, and available solutions to potential customers.
- Generate leads, handle customer objections, and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Deliver a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Experience in International BPO, Tele-sales, or International Sales.
- Australian market or Australian process experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in outbound sales and target-based processes.
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and customer-engagement abilities.
- Candidates from the Solar, Renewable Energy, or Energy sector will have an added advantage.
