Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech / Ph.D in Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Genetics

Experience: 7+ Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Study Director / Sr. Scientist to lead GLP and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliant studies in Molecular Analysis. The role will have end-to-end study ownership and will deputize for the HOD as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as Study Director for GLP studies from study plan to final report & archiving
- Ensure compliance with OECD GLP Principles, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & SOPs
- Coordination with QAU, PIs and test facilities for multi-site studies
- Lead day-to-day lab operations, documentation, and raw data integrity
- Mentor,



train and manage the scientific team
- Ensure equipment calibration, validation and audit readiness

Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on expertise: Ames Test, Chromosomal Aberration, Micronucleus, Comet Assay, PCR & other Molecular activities
- Prior experience as Study Director in a GLP & ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab
- Robust documentation, team leadership & regulatory audit exposure

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
