● Manage and handle TEF and artist social media accounts

● Plan and execute daily social media content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms

● Create and maintain content calendars and posting schedules

● Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy

● Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for content creation

● Stay updated with trending Reels, sounds, formats, hashtags and social media trends

● Monitor social media performance, insights and engagement

● Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement

● Coordinate with artists and internal teams for timely content and approvals

● Assist in promoting live shows, artist campaigns, brand collaborations and events

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR





6 months+ experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Handling / Digital Marketing

● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

● Good knowledge of Reels, trends, content formats and audience engagement

● Solid communication and content-writing skills

● Creative, proactive and highly organised

● Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and deadlines

● Good understanding of social media insights and analytics

● Experience in Entertainment / Events / Media / Artist Management is a plus
