uEngage is a SaaS commerce platform built for the F&B; ecosystem, enabling brands through direct ordering, customer engagement and delivery management solutions. We work in a B2B2C model with leading restaurant and food brands, helping drive digital growth and GMV across our account portfolio.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to drive GMV growth across our portfolio of accounts.

This is not a conventional performance marketing role. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, data and revenue, focused on scaling demand, improving retention and unlocking growth opportunities for partner brands.

You will help shape and execute growth strategies that increase direct ordering, improve repeat behavior and drive measurable business impact.

What You’ll Own

· Drive GMV growth across multiple client accounts

· Build growth programs focused on acquisition, retention and repeat orders

· Improve adoption and performance of direct ordering channels

· Design and run growth experiments across user funnels

· Identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion and customer lifetime value

· Develop CRM, loyalty and lifecycle growth initiatives

· Partner with product, account management and data teams to unlock scalable growth levers

· Create account-level growth playbooks and revenue growth strategies

· Monitor and optimize key growth metrics tied to commercial outcomes

What We’re Looking For

· 3-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Performance-led Growth or Product-led Growth

· Strong understanding of acquisition, retention, funnel optimization, and experimentation

· Experience working in SaaS, MarTech, consumer tech, food-tech, marketplaces or commerce ecosystems preferred

· Data-driven mindset with comfort around metrics and growth models

· Ability to translate insights into experiments and experiments into scale

· Strong commercial understanding of growth tied to revenue

Bonus If You Have

· Experience driving growth for multi-account/portfolio businesses

· Exposure to CRM and lifecycle platforms

· Experience with PLG or marketplace growth models

· Understanding of consumer ordering behavior / food-tech ecosystem
