Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Head to manage premium retail store operations, lead the sales team, achieve revenue targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations and daily activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Deliver personalized service to premium customers.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.




- Ensure premium visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Maintain store discipline, grooming, and service standards.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports.
