• To understand machine functioning and prepare electrical drawings, BOM for

electrical items

• To coordinate with vendors & other stakeholders for building / wiring of the panel as

per our wiring diagram

• To understand and prepare PLC & HMI program as per the functioning of the

machine, agreed specification and client requirement

• To visit customer site if required for programming (as per client's requirement) or

troubleshooting & assisting our service personnel at site during the installation and

commissioning of the machine

• To maintain records of PLC / HMI / SERVO programs for the machines

• To assist QC/QA department in trouble shooting for setting the machine and

troubleshooting to achieve the required performance of the machine.

• To assist customer for troubleshooting issues faced during running of the machine at

site.

Proficient in PLC programming for Mitsubishi FX5 series PLC, Delta AS200 series,

Siemens S-1200 series.





• Proficient in HMI programming for Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens unified comfort HMI.

• Also required Robotics knowledge (FANUC, KUKA and ABB).

• Online support for client sites.Industrial Communication Protocols

• Covers standard operational frameworks tailored to your setup (including Modbus

TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP, can open and Profinet).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
