Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused E-Commerce Executive to handle customer enquiries, promote products, manage order-related queries, and drive sales. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and services.
- Follow up with potential customers and pending orders.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues.




- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order processing.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Solid customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in e-commerce, telecalling, or sales is preferred. Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
