Job Description

Allies Learning is looking for an experienced and results-driven Prometric Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in sales for Prometric coaching institutes, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert prospective students into admissions through effective follow-ups and counselling.

Candidates with previous Prometric institute sales experience are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle enquiries from students interested in Prometric exam preparation courses.

* Counsel prospective students regarding available courses, eligibility, and exam preparation options.

* Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.

* Follow up consistently with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Explain course details, fees, advantages, and enrolment procedures clearly.

* Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status,



and admission reports.

* Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

* Build positive relationships with students and ensure a professional admission experience.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.

* Previous experience in sales at a Prometric coaching institute is mandatory.

* Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with lead management or CRM tools.

* Ability to handle student enquiries professionally and work towards sales targets.

* A proactive, responsible, and target-oriented attitude.
