KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and developing creative interior and architectural solutions . Preparing and presenting detailed plans and drawings . Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements . Overseeing the execution of design projects to ensure quality, and timelines . Coordinating with contractors and vendors REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS 1. CAD software proficiency- . AutoCAD (floor plans, elevations, sections) . Sketchup (3D modelling and presentation) [not mandatory] 2. Drawings they should produce . Floor plans (scaled layout showing dimensions) . Elevations (wall views showing heights and finishes) . Sections (vertical cuts showing spatial relationships) . Details (close-ups of construction, joinery, fixtures) . Material specifications and schedules. 3. Drawing standards . Correct line weights and conventions .



Title blocks and revision tracking . Explicit dimensioning and annotations 4. Documentation ability . Material schedules and legends . Finish selections documentations . Technical specifications writing PORTFOLIO REVIEW CHECKLIST

Presentation quality . Problem-solving approach EXPERIENCE LEVEL . Junior: basic CAD, guided by seniors . Mid-level: independent drawing production, some detailing . Senior: complex projects, code compliance, quality control To qualify, a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field is necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
