Job Description: Field Sales & Marketing Executive (Paint & Powder Coating)

Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Drive business growth by acquiring new B2B clients and managing existing industrial accounts for our liquid paints, powder coatings, and surface treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- New Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B clients across Aluminium fabrication and manufacturing industries.
- Client Visits & Demos: Conduct regular field visits to meet plant heads and purchase managers, arranging product trials and sample demonstrations.
- Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and handle timely payment collections.
- Technical Liaison: Coordinate between clients and the internal technical team to resolve application issues or specific coating requirements.
- Market Tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, product updates, and market trends to report back to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
