1% Realtors Club is India's fastest-growing real estate business ecosystem. We don't teach theory — we build real estate businesses from the ground up. We're hiring an Executive Coach to guide our members through live calls, real deal reviews, and the accountability that creates real results.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Run live group coaching calls (Hindi/English, on camera)

- Guide members through prospecting, sales, closing and scaling

- Review members' real deals and give sharp, actionable feedback

- Hold members accountable and keep momentum high

- Help refine the coaching playbook over time

WHO THIS IS FOR

- You've actually done real estate sales — you've closed, not just taught

- You've coached,



trained or mentored others and loved watching them win

- You're comfortable leading live group calls and being on camera

- You communicate with energy and clarity in Hindi and English

- You care about people's results, not just showing up

COMPENSATION

Rs 2.4-6 LPA fixed (based on experience) + performance incentives tied to member results. Fully remote.
