BlackRubble India Private Limited is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for planning social media content, managing social media accounts, improving audience engagement, and supporting the company's digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.




- Assist with paid social media campaigns and promotions when required.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of content planning, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and insights.
- Valuable communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in social media marketing can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience managing social media accounts will be preferred.
- Candidates who can share sample posts, social media pages, or previous work will have an advantage.
