About the Role

MyCaptain is looking for proactive college students to join as Campus Growth Partners and help expand its student community. This role offers practical exposure to marketing, business development, student outreach, and campaign execution while building professional skills alongside college studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote MyCaptain's learning programs and career opportunities within college networks.
- Execute student outreach campaigns through WhatsApp groups, college communities, and personal networks.
- Generate potential student leads and encourage interested students to register.
- Build awareness of MyCaptain among students and connect them with relevant opportunities.
- Track campaign performance, registrations, and lead generation.
- Support campus-level marketing and community-building initiatives.
