About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment at customer sites.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work, solving problems, travelling to different locations, and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission equipment and systems at customer locations.
- Perform on-site testing to ensure equipment is installed correctly and functions properly.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Identify faults and coordinate with the internal technical team for resolution.
- Provide on-site customer support and explain product operation and usage.
- Assist in training customers on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain service records and prepare site visit reports.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of installation and service activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.




- 1–3 years of experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
- Comfortable working in outdoor locations and different site environments, including heights when required.
