Job Title : Associate Manager – Digital Marketing

Experience : 6-8 yrs

Location: Thrissur , Koratty

Work Mode: WFH

The role is accountable for increasing search visibility, website authority, qualified inbound traffic, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and brand discoverability across traditional search engines and emerging AI search platforms.
The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap, manage content optimization initiatives, improve technical SEO health, oversee website performance, mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant, and continuously optimize performance based on measurable KPIs.
Success in this role will be measured by tangible business outcomes—not activity.

Candidate Profile :
The candidate should possess:
 6–8 years of digital marketing experience with at least 5 years leading SMB SEO initiatives.
 Proven track record of significantly increasing organic traffic and qualified leads.
 Deep expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO,



International SEO, Local SEO, AI Search Optimization (Generative Search), and Digital PR.
 Experience managing websites with thousands of pages.
 Strong understanding of Google's evolving algorithms and AI-driven search experiences.
 Hands-on experience with WordPress, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Hotjar & SEO automation tools.
 Solid analytical mindset with excellent business acumen.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Experience collaborating across content, design, technology and sales teams.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Outbound Email marketing skills
