Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily accounting records and enter sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, and payments.
- Assist in preparing reports and reconciling accounts.
- Commission Management
- Calculate commissions payable to dealers, agents, or sales staff as per company rules.
- Maintain accurate records of commission earned and paid.
- Verify commission calculations and ensure timely payments.
- Resolve any differences or issues related to commission.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain proper records of stock received, sold, and available.
- Match physical stock with inventory records.
- Track stock movement and report any shortages or differences.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to keep inventory records updated.
- Payment Follow-up
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with dealers and customers to ensure timely collection.
- Track payments made to suppliers and follow up on pending bills.
- Maintain an updated record of outstanding payments and share regular reports with management.




- Invoice & Payment Processing
- Prepare and check sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment entries.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Verify payment details before processing payments.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales, stock, commissions, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for accurate records.
- Support management with accounting information whenever required.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Valuable communication skills for payment follow-ups.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records, meet deadlines, and work responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
