Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to welcome guests, provide customer assistance and ensure a positive guest experience at its entertainment centre in Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude can apply. Candidates with experience in hospitality, food and beverage, gaming, entertainment, aviation, retail or customer service will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with general enquiries.
- Provide information about available gaming activities, facilities, packages and services.
- Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout the visit.
- Coordinate with the food and beverage, gaming and operations teams to address guest requirements.
- Assist guests with service-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support daily venue operations and maintain guest service standards.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with guests.




- Help ensure the venue remains welcoming, organised and customer-friendly.

Eligibility Criteria

- 0–2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, customer service or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong guest-handling, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Qualified appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality environment.

Candidates with experience or training in the following sectors will be preferred:

- Hotels and hospitality
- Restaurants and food and beverage
- Family entertainment centres and gaming
- Aviation and guest services
- Retail and customer service

Salary and Facilities

- Monthly salary of ₹18,000–₹20,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Staff meals provided during duty hours.
- Accommodation is not provided.
- Six working days per week with one rotational weekly off.
- Rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
