Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a robust civil engineering background and knowledge of aluminium formwork systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, leading sales activities, and achieving sales targets in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities for aluminium formwork systems.
- Identify and approach builders, developers, contractors, and construction companies.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the design, technical,



and production teams to meet client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and guide the sales team to improve business performance.
- Travel to project sites and client locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Civil Engineering background is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in aluminium formwork or the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction projects and formwork systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong team management and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
