Job Summary :

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our Supply Chain/Procurement team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering setting.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of mechanical and electronic components, tools, and services while ensuring the right quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end procurement of mechanical/electronic components, tools, and services.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and other internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels and initiate procurement to prevent material shortages.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and quality issues.




- Maintain updated supplier/vendor records and documentation.
- Track supplier performance and support vendor evaluation activities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and processes.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports and basic data analysis using MS Excel.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP procurement systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electronic components.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis.
- Understanding of procurement and purchasing processes in manufacturing/engineering industries.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility / Requirements

- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in sourcing engineering components and working with vendors will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
